Sherry, raspberries, plums, sweet almonds, caramel with savoury aromas on the nose. Rich sherry and soft spices mouthfeel. Well rounded, sherry notes, red fruit, sweet tannins, dry Christmas cake then harsh sherry, plums and soya on the palate.

Rich, sweet earthiness, red and white fruit compote in an almond sauce, apples and marzipan on the nose. Smooth red fruit mouthfeel. Sweet earthy fruit, tannins and bubblegum flavours on the palate. Sweet almonds on a medium finish.

Nutty, dry caramel, lovely fruit aromas then cloves on the nose. Tantalizing tingling nutty mouthfeel. Honey, almonds, spices, flowers then jammy raspberries on the palate. Spices, fruit with a lingering tang on a long finish.
