Rich, intense vanilla and honey aromas with lovely spice aromas on the nose. Luscious rich mouthfeel. Fulsome, fruity, soft ginger notes, dry, rich spices with a fulsome sensation on the palate. Richness and fruit continue on a medium finish.

Biscuity, sweet maltiness, warm peat then a hint of banana on the nose. Soft peat syrup mouthfeel. Dry, spicy, gentle peat, sweet vanilla and fruity smoke on the palate. Lovely sweet peat on a medium long finish.

Fruity, tannins, red berries and a light sherry aroma on the nose. Rich sweet malty mouthfeel. Light caramel, lovely spices, very smooth with a touch of sherry on the palate.

Apples, rich orange aromas, creamy vanilla, honey and light maple on the nose. Fresh sweet tingling mouthfeel. Lovely sweet syrupy spices, layers of grain and apples on the palate. Sweet fruit on a medium finish.

Almonds, white pepper, gingerbread, spices, sherry, licorice and rye aromas on the nose. Sour cherries mouthfeel. Red fruit, rye and accompanying spices on the palate. Red fruit and spices on a medium finish.

Cap-Chat Eau-de-Vie d'Olive, 40% abv

Almonds, olive oil varnish, whiff of smoke and hint of lemons on the nose. Tangy olive oil mouthfeel. Green olives with fresh mushrooms on the palate. Medium olive dominating finish. It has its place in cocktails.

Caramel, ginger, fruit and lovely spices on the nose. Ginger honey mouthfeel. Luscious fruit and caramel, soft spices, silky rich sensation on the palate. Very elegant. Sweet caramel and soft spices on a medium long finish. A dessert whisky.

Sweet earthy peat, tobacco and ginger on the nose. Sweet earthy peaty mouthfeel. Tannins, red fruit, some spices then loads of peat and sweet tobacco on the palate. Peaty earthy medium finish.

Sweet cereal, caramel and lots of oak aromas on the nose. Sweet oaky mouthfeel. Abundance of honey, caramel and ever present oak notes on the palate. Medium Finish. Pleasant but very sweet.

Caribou Crossing Single Barrel, 40% abv

Floral, gentle rye, dry corn and strawberries, wee caramel and vanilla on the nose.Light smooth sweet corn mouthfeel. Caramel steps up, rye notes, very smooth, almonds. lovely soft spices then grassy honey and a hint of rye on the palate. Honey and rye on a medium short finish.
