Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch, 46.5% abv

Red cherries and sweet acetone aromas on the nose. Tangy dry cherries mouthfeel. Mellow cherries initially red licorice, anise, tobacco, caramel on the palate. Sweet tangy fruity spices on a medium finish.

Ole Smoky Harley Davidson, Charred Moonshine, 51.5% abv

Juicy fruit, bubble gum, vanilla and marshmallow candies on the nose. Flat fruity mouthfeel. Simple, sweet with light spices, corn candies, sickly sweet on the palate. Very sweet medium long finish.

Toasty corn and light cherries on the nose. Lovely red cherries, corn syrup and soft spices on the palate. Gentle, fruity and sweet on a medium finish. Delightfully easy drinking.

Cherries, banana, almonds and light soft spices on the nose. Chewy, fresh fruit, mild bananas followed by a soft tang on the palate. Well balanced.

Light fading cherry vanilla marshmallows on the nose. Simple, plain bourbon, but lacks energy. Has a bit of an edgy dry finish.

Jack Daniel's Gentleman Jack, 40% abv

Light warm candied pecans with vanilla on nose; ever so slight tang with oily feel on tongue with touch of "amertume" on palate - a bit harsh, not totally smooth; touch of nutty dryness with a mild sense of Ivory soap on finish.
