Caramel, apples, pears, sweet vanilla, spices, cloves then floral aromas on the nose. Creamy rich mouthfeel. Gentle dry spices, rich floral notes, vanilla, honey and a hint of cereal on the palate. Lovely medium long finish.

Grain aromas with dry oloroso, vanilla and sweetness on the nose. Rich fulsome mouthfeel. Soft, sweet tannins, dry mild grain notes complimented with some sherry flavours on the palate. Floral on a dry yet rich medium finish.

Flowers, vanilla, dry caramel and cocoa on the nose. Gentle yet rich mouthfeel. Round, dry floral notes with lovely spices on the palate. Sweet vanilla and rich flowers on a medium finish. Pleasant and straightforward.

Juicy fruit candies, sweet marzipan with an overall perfume sensation on the nose. Sour cherries mouthfeel. More sour cherries, peaches, moving to a syrup feel on the palate. Sweet, dry and sour on a medium finish.

Johnnie Walker Blue Year of the Dragon, 46% abv

Rich, pleasantly robust, flowers and fruit medley, soft vanilla aromas with some intensity on the nose. Intense round full mouthfeel. Lovely richness, soft and mildly sweet intensity, more flowers with a wee hint of celery on the palate. Fulsome floral robustness on a medium long finish.

Caramel, red fruit, dry with soft sherry aromas on the nose. Smooth rich mouthfeel. Smooth, rich red fruit notes followed by sherry and caramel on the palate. Sweet, rich medium finish. Very pleasant.
