Hatozaki Small Batch Pure Malt, 46% abv
Light honey, sweet lemon, vanilla, floral, apples, dry sensation, citrus dominates with a wee Fino aroma on the nose. Spicy tangy mouthfeel Minor soapiness on the palate then gentle honey, floral and citrus notes. Plain dry flowers and vanilla on a spicy medium finish.

Polished wood and red jam, raspberries, strawberries on the nose. Fulsome rich mouthfeel. Cloves, cinnamon, gentle fruit notes, touch of soft smoke and oranges on the palate. Lovely red fruit and spices on a medium finish.
