Knob Creek 15 Years Old (2004 - 2021), 50% abv

Almonds, sweet orange reduction, sherry, cherries, hint of rye, vanilla and soft fruit on the nose. Smooth dry rich mouthfeel. Soft red fruit then intense candy floss, dry spices and sweet rye notes on the palate. Dry cherreis and spices on a medium finish.

Rabbit Hole Heigold, High Rye Double Malt Straight Bourbon, 47.5% abv

Honey, pine aromas, sweet rye, soft grassy spices on the nose. Smooth dry mouthfeel. Dry cherries, soft rye, rich smooth sensation with gentle spices and floral peppery notes on the palate. Medium finish.

Dumangin Bourbon Whiskey, 46% abv

Sweet barley, dry nuttiness, old cherries and caramel, light rye, honey and soft spices. Tangy mouthfeel. Dry cherries, soft rye notes, spices, very sweet then a burst of tanginess at the end on the palate. Tanginess overwhelms a medium finish.

Toasted vanilla, corn syrup, hint of rye rich spices and caramel on the nose. Lively mouthfeel. Very spicy, perky, rye, honey, then dry vanilla and more corn and spices on the palate. Minor zestiness with dry rye notes on a medium finish.

Soft sweet corn, light caramel, gentle dry cherry aromas on the nose. Tangy rich gentle mouthfeel. Luscious corn, light yet rich cherry notes, smooth and silky with amazing presence (read attitude) on the palate. Lovely long finish.

Blackened Whiskey, A Blend of Straight Whiskies Finished in Black Brandy Casks, 45% abv

Sweet fruity prune juice, vanilla, roasted tomato soup on the nose. Bit rough with dry tingling fruit mouthfeel. Dry fruit, touch of honey, lively spices, flowers and cereal notes emerge on the palate. Rye notes popping up on a medium finish.
