Rich, candied apples, some caramel and cherries on the nose. Spicy zesty mouthfeel. Soft, spicy, floral notes, some corn on the palate. Straightforward. Dry soft medium finish.

Old warehouse, dry cherries and almonds on the nose. Dry sweet spices mouthfeel. Old corn, heavy spices, hoppy, dry beer notes on the palate. Simple. Medium finish.

Weller Wheated Bourbon, 45% abv

Oranges, honey, wee red fruit, some raspberries, rye and corn on the nose. Mild yet spicy mouthfeel. Dry, light woodiness, a bit bitter, some soft spices on the palate. Minor bitterness with red fruit on a medium finish.

Cherries, corn, spices and caramel on the nose. Lovely intensity with fruity mouthfeel. Tingling spices, caramel and spices on the palate. Dry cherries on a fulsome dry cherry medium finish.

Sweet, rich corn, some sherry aromas and caramel on the nose. Sweet rich mouthfeel. Lovely presence, red fruit, dry cherries and soft spices on the palate. Caramel, corn and spices on a medium long finish. Nice intensity.

Michter's 10 Years Old, Batch 2021, 47.2% abv

Soft dry corn, spices, some cherry aromas and a hint of mint on the nose. Rich tangy mouthfeel. Lovely spices, splendid richness, dried fruit with an overall fulsome sensation on the palate. Very pleasant rich medium long finish.

Woodford Reserve Cherry Wood Smoked, 45.2% abv

Dry cherry aromas followed by light smoke on the nose. Sweet raspy mouthfeel. Lots of dry cherry notes, a bit rough, then some caramel emerges with a some smoke on the palate. Tingling sensation dominates a medium finish.

Almonds, sweet orange reduction, sherry, cherries, hint of rye, vanilla and soft fruit on the nose. Smooth dry rich mouthfeel. Soft red fruit then intense candy floss, dry spices and sweet rye notes on the palate. Dry cherreis and spices on a medium finish.

Honey, pine aromas, sweet rye, soft grassy spices on the nose. Smooth dry mouthfeel. Dry cherries, soft rye, rich smooth sensation with gentle spices and floral peppery notes on the palate. Medium finish.

Dumangin Bourbon Whiskey, 46% abv

Sweet barley, dry nuttiness, old cherries and caramel, light rye, honey and soft spices. Tangy mouthfeel. Dry cherries, soft rye notes, spices, very sweet then a burst of tanginess at the end on the palate. Tanginess overwhelms a medium finish.
