Redbreast 12 Years Old, 40% abv

Caramel, flowers, tiny whiff of peat on the nose. Soft, round sweet floral mouthfeel. Luscious spices and flowers followed be a few fruit notes and honey. A delightful well balanced dram with gentle yet fulsome honey and flowers on a medium finish.

Cocoa, oranges, buckwheat honey, flowers and tropical fruit on the nose. Sweet floral spicy mouthfeel. Lovely floral, cocoa and ginger notes and mild sherry on the palate. Honey, tropical fruit and gentle spices on a medium finish. V4$

Apples, dry cinnamon, spices, nutmeg, licorice, vanilla and oak on the nose. Tangy spicy mouthfeel. Fruity, zesty oranges, creamy, young, vibrant bittersweet varnish, oak notes on the palate. Oak and spices on a medium finish.
