WhiskyScores Terms of Use

WhiskyScores is a network of whisky enthusiasts who enjoy drinking and tasting whiskies of the world. Our Members are or are becoming passionate about whisky. We promote the appreciation of whisky and the joy it brings to us.

WhiskyScores Membership is free and available to anyone who agrees to respect our Use Policy, has an email address and an Internet connection.

USE POLICY

We encourage thoughtful input related to whisky matters. We do not tolerate abusive, disrespectful, obscene or hateful input of any kind.

Before becoming a WhiskyScores Member, you must agree to the following terms.

• Confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your locale.
• Complete your Profile in a truthful and responsible manner.
• Provide input such as whisky scores and notes that are thoughtful and respectful.
• Declare if you are directly or indirectly associated with any aspect of the whisky industry in any manner. You must be, and must be perceived to be, independent and not promoting a particular whisky or whiskies. Members who are associated with the whisky industry will have their scores treated separately. You are expected to score and comment on whiskies in good faith.
• Any scores or comments that WhiskyScores deems to be inappropriate or misleading may be deleted.
• If your input violates the law in any of the localities, regions or countries where WhiskyScores is published, it will be deleted.
• You agree to not post commercial advertisements in your scores, discussions or anywhere else on the site without authorization.

In some cases, WhiskyScores may elect to pursue abuse issues with the Internet service providers of the perpetrator(s).
