Forty Creek John's Private Cask No. 1, 40% abv

Rich corn, mild almonds, caramel sauce on vanilla custard then sweet spices on the nose. Corn and spices mouthfeel. Edgy corn initially then then smooth rich vegetal notes, caramel, whiff of smoke and sweet spices on the palate.

Two Brewers Release 36, 46% abv

Fresh, fruity, sherry, almonds, caramel, sweet nuttiness and malty oakiness on the nose. Thick luscious mouthfeel. Hint of pine in front of luscious fruit, light tingling syrup and malty oak on the palate. Zesty yet smooth fruit and almonds on a medium finish.

Rich, dry sweet corn on the nose. Sweet rich smooth mouthfeel. Very smooth, sweet dry caramel, lovely nuttiness and very gentle spices on the palate. Easy drinking. Medium sweet finish.

Corn, floral, honey and cereal aromas and caramel on the nose. Tangy sweet corn mouthfeel. Honey and spices then sweet corn and light caramel on the palate, Straightforward. Medium finish.

Grain aromas, sweet rye and almonds on the nose. Rough wholesome mouthfeel. Pine notes, rye and spices on the palate. SIMPLE but harsh. Dry edgy spices on a long finish.

Dry apples, almonds, vanilla then floral aromas followed by cereal on the nose. Tangy floral mouthfeel. Zesty vanilla, biscuity with floral, cereal and honey notes on the palate. Medium finish.

Sweet cereal, grasses, mild raspberries and dry light rye aromas on the nose. Tangy sweet mouthfeel. Soft rich floral notes, cereal and gentle rye presence follow on the palate. Well balanced. Lovely soft floral vanilla rye on a medium finish.

Rich almonds, fruity, red wine and lots of coffee on the nose. Sweet red wine mouthfeel. Sweet coffee syrup dominates the palate. Sickly sweet coffee notes on a medium long finish.(Almost NO THANKS)

Floral, fruit candies, almonds, strong nail polish aromas on the nose. Sweet acetone mouthfeel. Dry sweet acetone dominates the palate. Unpleasant.

Sweet, Turkish Delight and banana aromas on the nose. Floral and spicy mouthfeel. Rich sweet oranges, spices, tropical fruit, mild tannins, malty then oak notes followed by juicy fruit on the palate. Mild tropical fruit on a medium finish.
