Gibson's Finest Rare 18 Years Old, 40% abv

Light, refined with savoury bourbon and vanilla aromas greeting the nose. Mellowing spices with very smooth mouthfeel. Gentle yet with presence. Quite complex.

Century Reserve Lot 15/25, 40% abv

Light with heather and honey notes on the nose accompanied by a buttery sensation. Soft mouthfeel with sweet dry grass. Delightful medium finish.

Spices, grass, over-powering marinated marachino cherrie and candy apple on the nose. Sweet, supple, assertive with a touch of spice on the palate. Sweet finish.

Light honey aromas with floral and spice notes on the nose. hint of a marachino cherry on the palate. Medium long finish.

Canadian Club Sherry Cask, 41.3% abv

Rich, light sherry on the nose followed by lots of spices on the palate. There was also some pepper in the mouthfeel. Finish was soft and spicy.

Light somewhat airy spicy hay aromas on the nose. Light rye bread sensation in the mouth. Soft, round, grassy spices on the finish.
