Rich, light sweetness with rose petals on the nose - very rich and floral. This is followed by smoothness and an oily floral gentle sensation. Delightful medium finish.

Forty Creek Confederation Oak, 40% abv
Rich bourbon-like nose with peppermint nail polish and undertones of dry grass. Smooth, soft, oaky notes with a little spice then wintergreen on the palate. Medium finish with a hint of licorice.

Fresh, fruit forward with sherry notes on the nose. Great presence, rich, well balanced soft grasses on the palate. Fresh mint/peppermint like long finish.

The Balvenie Port Wood 21 Years Old, 40% abv
Fresh, rich floral aromas on the nose. Meadow grasses with citrus and an aniseed tang on the palate. Lovely long finish.

Mortlach 16 Years Old Flora and Fauna, 43% abv
Rich, dry notes with sherry and spices on the nose. Brown sugar then orange marmalade on the palate. Lovely soft and gentle medium long finish.
