Lemons, rich honey, lovely vanilla aromas and some bittersweet citrus on the nose. Lovely lively mouthfeel. Super well coordinated honey, lemons and spices on the palate. Gets your attention. Delightful medium long finish.

Sherry, plums, oranges, white fruit candies and light Christmas cake on the nose. Soft rich mouthfeel. Light fruit, silky sherry notes with lovely gentle spice undertones, Very well balanced. A delight. Sherry and candied fruit on a medium long finish.

Dry, lovely nuttiness and flowers on the nose. Smooth mouthfeel. Rich flowers notes then some orange zestiness moving to soft velvety texture and some white pepper on the palate. Soft smooth zesty flowers on a medium finish.

Sweet peaty caramel candies, dry seaweed, tar and a whiff of mint on the nose. Sweet earthy mouthfeel. Absolutely lovely honey and peat combo with a caramel dipping sauce on the palate. Delightfully rich sweet peat on a medium long finish.

Rich floral aromas, spices, wee sherry and vanilla on the nose. Dry mouthfeel. Spicy, flowers then loads of spices with dry and sometimes musty notes on the palate. Very dry medium finish with some flowers and spices.

Caramel, butterscotch, vanilla, Manuka honey, then very sweet malty aromas on the nose. Syrupy mouthfeel. Mild spices, then thick honey syrup notes, dried fruit, some tannins, buttery with a mild tang and vanilla on the palate. Very very sweet and dry on a medium finish.
