Amazing peat, sherry and smoke followed by red fruit aromas on the nose. Rich mouthfeel. Lovely brackishness, warm peat mixed with red berries then lovely soft sherry and smoke on the palate. Silky smooth sherry and peat on a medium finish.

Pine forest aromas initially then sherry and sweet smoke on the nose. Light mouthfeel. Sherry mingles with pine notes followed by sweet light peat, oak and red fruit on the palate. Well balanced. Different but very enjoyable. Medium finish.

Rich sherry, light spices, ginger, fruit compote, amazing smoke then oranges on the nose. Dry tingling mouthfeel. Sherry, wee ginger note, stewed dark fruit, misty fruity smoke, light earthiness on the palate. Delicious. Rich, soft spices sherry and mild smoke on a medium long finish.
