Oaky, mild, vanilla and apples on the nose. Sweet dry mouthfeel. Lovely edginess, vanilla, honey, dry, cocoa beans, sweet and spicy on the palate. Tannins, some sweetness and astringency on a medium long finish.

Old vanilla, touch of smoke, apricots, spices and melons on the nose. Round, sweet and smoky mouthfeel. Toasty, soft dry spices dominate then melons on the palate. Simple, Astringent notes on a medium long finish.

Rich, raisins, sherry, apricots, cocoa, chocolate and loads of sherry on the nose.Super rich and fulsome mouthfeel. Xmas cake, apples, figs, plums, icing sugar with amazing sherry undertones on the palate. Delightfully rich sherried, fruity medium long finish.
