Fresh apples, vanilla, mild honey, dusty floral aromas on the nose. Almonds, hint of mint, dry wood, minor fruit on the palate. Tangy dry edgy bitterness on the finish.

Rich amber colour, Light fruity peat with sherry raisin aromas on the nose. Lovely sweet smoke then fruit and white pepper on the palate. Whiff of cedar smoke on the finish.

Cut grass, citrus fruit drops, oak perfume, spices and floral aromas on the nose. Sweet soft tar, citrus notes and tar on the palate. Lovely long lingering finish.

Light, soft apples, brown sugar and dark fruit on the nose. Plums, prunes, soft candied peat syrup, cherry wood polish on the palate. Rich mouthfeel. Sweet smoky dark fruit finish.
