Knob Creek 12 Years Old, 50% abv

Sweet, rich corn, some sherry aromas and caramel on the nose. Sweet rich mouthfeel. Lovely presence, red fruit, dry cherries and soft spices on the palate. Caramel, corn and spices on a medium long finish. Nice intensity.

Clermont Steep American Single Malt, 47% abv

Dry, dried red fruit, caramel, sweet wood aromas with a hint of a warehouse floor on the nose. Dry bittersweet mouthfeel. More bittersweetness, malty with sweet spices dominating on the palate. Bitter spices on a long finish.

Basil Hayden's Dark Rye, 40% abv

Soft spices then some port/red wine aromas on the nose. Sweet port and soft spices mouthfeel. Red and dark fruit greet the palate followed by red currants, more port notes and sweet tannins on the palate. Red wine notes on a medium finish.

Toasty spicy corn, sweet flowers, rich pine nuts, vanilla, yeasty caramel on the nose. Spicy rich corn mouthfeel. Spices dominate initially then dry woody notes and some honey on the palate. Medium dry sweet finish.

Michter's 10 Years Old, Batch 2021, 47.2% abv

Soft dry corn, spices, some cherry aromas and a hint of mint on the nose. Rich tangy mouthfeel. Lovely spices, splendid richness, dried fruit with an overall fulsome sensation on the palate. Very pleasant rich medium long finish.

Woodford Reserve Cherry Wood Smoked, 45.2% abv

Dry cherry aromas followed by light smoke on the nose. Sweet raspy mouthfeel. Lots of dry cherry notes, a bit rough, then some caramel emerges with a some smoke on the palate. Tingling sensation dominates a medium finish.
