Nikka Taketsuru Pure Malt, 43% abv

Dry flowers, ripe fruit, tropical fruit, buckwheat honey, pineapple and a whiff of smoke on the nose. Rich luscious fruit mouthfeel. White fruit, pears, candied soft pineapple followed by a bit of earthiness on the palate. Honey, fruity syrup on a medium finish.

Delicate floral aromas, white fruit, mild spices, honey and yellow roses on the nose. Very light and fresh mouthfeel. Honey, lovely flowers with supporting spices on the palate. Very pleasant. Medium finish.

Honeyed earthiness and candied barnyard aromas on the nose. Tangy honey mouthfeel. Honey, floral syrup then tangy anf mild minty notes on the palate. Very sweet with trailing fruit and flowers on a medium finish.

Kujira Single Grain 8 Years Old, 43% abv

Dry almonds, red fruit, heavy, woody, rich vanilla, very sweet, dry fino sherry then caramel sauce on rice pudding on the nose. Smooth sweet tangy funky mouthfeel. Unusual, thick, sweet, funky, mushrooms and light pepper notes on the palate. Very sweet and earthy on a medium finish.

Stewed fruit, cinnamon and mild ginger on the nose. Smooth fruity spicy mouthfeel. Luscious tropical fruit reduction, ginger, light dry cedar on the palate. Dry fruit and spices on a medium finish.

Rich orange and apple compote, soft sherry, mild smoke and fruit on the nose. Soft sweet mild peaty mouthfeel. Sweet dried fruit, very mild peat with a hint of sherry on the palate. Sweet rich peatiness and smoke on a medium finish.

Rich almonds, dark fruit, toffee, honey, spices and burnt sugar on the nose. Ginger laced fruity mouthfeel. Plums. dry honey, soft spices, cloves, cocoa with fruit undertones on the palate. Dark fruit and spicy honey on a medium long finish.
