Smoke, burnt cedar, lemons, honey and vanilla on the nose. Light peat, sooty honey mouthfeel. Citrus peat, mild liveliness, smoked caramelized pecans then soft dry smoke on the palate. Sweet soft citrus and smoke on a medium finish.
