The Copenhagen Distillery E 002, Pilsner Barley Mash 3 Months Old, 68% abv
Barley, strong oak aromas, sweet varnish, barnyard and light mint on the nose. Chewy oak dominates the palate, sweet nuttiness and touch of caramel on the palate. Well balanced. Sweet woody notes on a medium long finish. Great promise.
