Soft sweet earthy sherry and light smoke on the nose. Mild gentle peaty mouthfeel. Sweet peat greets the palate followed by sweet sherry, light smoke and gentle earthiness. A well balanced sipping dram. Sweet, fruit compote in sherry on a medium finish.

Dry sweet peat then fruity sherry aromas on the nose. Soft peaty mouthfeel. Dry, honey, peat, sweet earthy notes, fruit, lemons then smoke on the palate. Fruit peat and lemon zest on a medium finish.

Light peat, sweet fruit then tar, mild oak and nutty aromas on the nose. Gentle dry peat, spices and sweet tar on the palate. Lovely smoke, peat and tar on the finish.

Light peat, fruit in a red wine sauce then mild smoke on the nose. Sweet sherried peat, soft fruit, mild smoke and dry tobacco on the palate. Medium long finish.
