Flowers, sherry, honey, almonds, pears and apples on the nose. Gentle smooth mouthfeel. Soft sherry, pears, lovely dry apples on the nose. Very well balanced. Smooth, sweet vanilla and white fruit on a medium finish.

Honey, vanilla, brown sugar, grasses, some almonds in a warehouse on the nose. Mild lively mouthfeel. Smooth, dry, mild tannins, humid sensation with some sherry on the palate. Dry and a bit thin on a medium finish.

Caramel, flowers, tiny whiff of peat on the nose. Soft, round sweet floral mouthfeel. Luscious spices and flowers followed be a few fruit notes and honey. A delightful well balanced dram with gentle yet fulsome honey and flowers on a medium finish.

Soft sherry, red fruit and spices on the nose. White Christmas cake, candied citrus peel, creamy on the palate. Long finish.
