Sweet burnt seaweed, campfire, fruit, whiff of fennel and lemon on the nose. Soft peaty fruity mouthfeel. Honey soaked burnt oak staves, sweet sootiness, salty shellfish, luscious warm peated fruit compote on the palate. Lingering sooty, honey seaweed on a medium long finish.
