Tasting notes:
Sweet rich peat, salty fruit and flowers, wee smoke and old vanilla on the nose. Bacon, scallops, smoky, mild tar, citrus then sweet salt notes on the palate. Luscious peat, citrus, seafood and bacon on a medium long finish.
