This Single Malt is distilled by Caol Ila in Islay.
Tasting notes:
Sherry, sweet smoke, fresh, honey cured meat and lemon peel on the nose. Soft peat and smoke mouthfeel. Lots of honey, thick rich peat sensation with some sherry on the palate. Very well balanced. Lovely honeyed sherried soot on a medium finish.
