Rich and fresh sensation on the initial nosing followed by savoury vanilla notes - almost like a plate of fresh vegetables with a little spice. Thought I detected a hint of mint at the outset but could not find it again. The finish was dry, grassy with some spice. There was a wafting of dry grass smoke at one point.
