This Single Malt is distilled by Macduff in Highlands.
Tasting notes:
Sherry, raisins, tobacco and molasses on the nose. Rich dark fruit mouthfeel. Lovely sherry/port notes, plums, figs, dates and gentle spices on the palate. Delightful dram with fruit and rich sherry on a medium long finish.
MacDuff 2006 14 Years Old, Valinch & Mallet, 52.4% abv
Nutty, dry fruit, spices, oak, whiff of toffee and sherry on the nose. Tangy, oaky meaty mouthfeel. Soft orange notes, sweet earthy caramel, cinnamon, light sherry on the palate. Notes of nuts and sherry on a medium finish.
