Tasting notes:

Light, old books, dry vanilla, pears, lemons and a whiff of smoke on the nose. Bittersweet lemon mouthfeel. Tangy lemons, floral peat, dry white fruit and peppery notes on the palate. Dry lemons on a medium finish.
