Rich spicy vanilla, lovely oak, pears, honey, apples, ginger then floral aromas on the nose. Zesty moving to gentle mouthfeel. Tangy pears, candied ginger, vanilla plum sauce on the palate. Spicy pears and honey on a long finish.

Fresh apples, nail polish, dry vanilla, alpine grasses, licorice and absinthe on the nose. Intense sweet white fruit, pears then Granny Smith apple candies on the palate. Lovely long finish.
