Ripe fruit, sweet earthy caramel, mild spices, dry cedar, apples, vanilla, sherry on the nose. Tangy, fruity, spicy mouthfeel. Waxy, honey, thick fruit,, dry spices, lemons, vanilla, red wine on the palate. Complex. Rich medium long finish.

Apples, ripe fruit, vanilla, tangy cocoa/coffee, almonds, mild spices and caramel on the nose. Gentle bittersweet oranges, spices, soft fruit and light spices on the palate. Lovely luscious amazing soft fruit laden finish. WOW

Warm raisin pie with cinnamon and spices, mild port and dry rum aromas on the nose. Soft dry spices, dry sweet embers, red wine, with smoke and licorice on the palate. Dry spicy finish.
