Rich oak, soft sherry, toffee with a touch of cinnamon and ginger on the nose. Soft sherry mouthfeel. Dark fruit compote, sherry, mild spices and lovely lingering fruity caramel notes on the palate. Fruity fulsome medium finish. V4$.

Figs, plums, raisins, cocoa, hazelnuts and prominent sherry aromas on the nose. Syrupy sherry mouthfeel. Licorice, gentle red fruit, chocolate and spices on the palate. Dark fruit, raisins and sherry on a medium finish.

Sherry barnyard aromas followed by lovely red fruit on the nose. Soft fulsome sweet mouthfeel. Gentle spices, sherry notes followed by ginger laced fruitcake on the palate. Light sherry and dark fruit on a medium finish.

Toffee aromas, molasses, red and dark fruit then light sherry on the nose. Plums, figs and raisins followed by ginger, cinnamon and sherry soaked fruit cake on the palate. Medium long finish.

Oranges, almonds, sherry varnish, sweet oak and a hint of cocoa on the nose. Intense oak, sherry, bitter dry ginger then butterscotch on the palate. Mild soft sherry with a hint of soap on the finish.
