Crème brûlée, walnuts and buttery aromas on the nose. Smooth dry dark sherry, buttery dark fruit on the palate. Very well balanced.

Roasted mixed nuts, lovely rich soft sherry aromas followed by fruit on the nose. Soft, round sherry infused mouthfeel. Delightful sherry, flowers, vanilla, caramel with a robust and chewy sensation on the palate. Superb sherry notes and light caramel on a long finish.
