Tasting notes:

Light lavender, floral and mild fruit followed by a hint of smoke on the nose. Gentle soft floral then light maritime medicinal notes and spices on the palate. Mild grasses and spicy fruit on the finish.

Sweet kippers, honey, vanilla, mild citrus and floral aromas on the nose. Rich honeyed peat mouthfeel. Lovely lemons, gentle ever present peat and toasted oak on the palate. Elegant. Long luscious gentle finish.

Fresh fruit and light smoke on the nose. Lovely dry tangy white fruit with peat notes on the palate. Smooth dry briny finish.

Bowmore 21 Years Old, Old Malt Cask, 50% abv

Cereal toast, sweet light peat, fresh cut oak and dry smoke on the nose. Sweet, coffee, fruit, citrus peels on the palate. Pears, very mild peat with wee tang on the finish.
