Tasting notes:
Dry fruit, caramel and spices on the nose. Soft rum flavours, sweet, lightly buttered rye then more spices on the palate.
Pike Creek 21 Years Old, 45% abv
Rich vanilla, almonds, red fruit and luscious wild flower honey on the nose. Round wholesome spicy mouthfeel. Red berries, creamy fruit, tangy sherry, light corn notes and cereal on the palate. Very well balanced. Rich, medium long finish.

Almonds, Moreno cherries, caramel cracker jacks, light corn and fresh sweet vanilla on the nose. Gentle sweet ryey notes, spices on the palate. Soft sweet spices on the mouthfeel.
