Luscious peach perfume, rich floral aromas and fruit drops on the nose. Stone fruit syrup, sweet strawberries, bittersweet oranges with a hint of soap. Very sweet medium finish. A digestif.

Sweet, flowers, stewed fruit and dry caramel on the nose. Brown sugar, flowers and charcoal on the palate.

Sweet orange compote with cloves and floral notes on the nose. Sweet and bitter orange bite on the palate. A whisky liqueur?

Bastille Blended Whisky, 40% abv

Rich sweet red grapefruit with light solvent notes on the nose. Very light spices with red grapefruit Drambuie on the palate. VERY interesting. Very different. Simple and pleasing as an apéritif. Really stretches the whisky palate; close to a fortified fruit drink, but still very pleasant.
