Soft sherry, raisins, mild cinnamon, toffee incense and spices on the nose. Lovely well-balanced sherry, caramel, dark fruit, figs on the palate. Velvety fruit medley in a soft mildly spiced sauce. WOW!

Rich cinnamon, spicy tropical fruit, bittersweet oranges in a sherry sauce then dark fruit on the nose. Soft, chewy, mildly spiced red fruit, sweet floral smoke on the palate. Complex spicy dark fruit finish.

Soft butterscotch, rich plums, raisins and gently steaming dark fruit on the nose. Soft red fruit, light smoke, luscious mouthfeel, light Christmas spices on the palate. Long gentle finish. A WOW.

Lovely fruit, wisps of smoke and gentle floral aromas on the nose. Creamy sherry, bouquet of roses on the palate. Well balanced with a medium dry finish.
