Sherry soda, sweet tar, light smoke, red fruit and cherry infused peat on the nose. Sweet peat, honey and cherries mouthfeel. Luscious cherries, very gentle peat, mild smoke, honey and red fruit on the palate. Amazingly gentle peat, honey and fruit on a long finish.

Sweet sherried peat, rich fruit, Christmas cake with a peaty smoky sauce, some ashes, sea air and a hint of rubber on the nose. Thick sweet peaty mouthfeel. Delightful peat, Christmas pudding notes and cocoa on the palate. Soft sweet peat on a medium long finish.

Soft gentle fruity peat, light seaweed and hint of tropical fruit on the nose. Smooth rich mild peaty mouthfeel. Lovely soft caramel peat candies, butterscotch, seaside peat notes on the palate. Long lingering caramel and peat on the finish.
