Soft damp peat, dry cocoa on the nose. Dry earthy moving to soft round peat scented cedar on the palate. Simple light finish. Wee hint of soap at times.

Dry sherry, spices, fruity with mild peat bread on the nose. Light spicy tar, dry tangy wood on palate. Peppery peat finish.

Allspice, licorice and a hint of mint and smoke on the nose. Lovely rich and light spices on the palate. well balanced with a medium to long vegetal-like finish.
