Bushmills Caribbean Cask, 40% abv
Soft raisins, fruit compote, floral with mild intensity on the nose. Gentle rich mouthfeel. Some tropical fruit greets the palate followed by lovely sherry and rum notes and a hint of cereal. Silky smooth raisins, sweet sensation with hints of sherry and rum on a medium finish.
