Light, old books, dry vanilla, pears, lemons and a whiff of smoke on the nose. Bittersweet lemon mouthfeel. Tangy lemons, floral peat, dry white fruit and peppery notes on the palate. Dry lemons on a medium finish.

Light lemon aromas, floral, apples, grassy and zesty vanilla on the nose. Edgy citric mouthfeel. Lemons, mint, light spices, oranges and dry flowers on the palate. Medium short dry citric lemon finish.
