Soft nutty caramel, gentle dry sherry, buttery and spices on the nose. Rich intense sherry and spices mouthfeel. Tart sherry, toffee and red fruit, tangy tannic rum fruit cake on the palate. Dry, zesty sherry on a long finish.

Intense lovely red berry jam on toast, sherry aromas, rum fruit cake with a hint of pleasant sulphur on the nose. Toasty mouthfeel. Red fruit compote, sweet coffee, oaky, cinnamon, earthy, tart sherry, toasty caramel on the palate. Mild sweet tannins on a medium finish.
