Honey, smoke, gentle peat, pears and apples on the nose. Sweet dry peaty mouthfeel. Soft dry smoke, honey, fruit, vanilla and toasted raisins on the palate. Well balanced. Mild yet rich peat and fruit on a medium long finish.
