Rich sherry, fruit, light smoke, figs then peaty caramel on the nose.Sweet caramel, brown sugar, sherry, light Christmas cake and peaty syrup on the palate. Impressive.

Light mild caramel, nuts, brown sugar, stewed apples and gingerbread on the nose. Soft sweet grasses, sherry and ginger syrup on the palate. Medium finish.
