Light sweet almond grass on the nose. Gentle, well balanced bourbon with a hint of pine on the palate. Absinthe on the finish.

Light vanilla, pine notes and sweet spice on the nose. Medium bodied, more savoury than sweet yet has a sweet grassy finish.

Basil Hayden's 8 Years Old, 40% abv

Light sweet wheat notes on the nose - very fresh. Hints of orange with light spices on the palate. Light spices on the finish. The lightness could be interpreted as being a bit thin by some, however I enjoyed its freshness. Very pleasant.
