Springbank 1991 Raw Cask Blackadder, 57.4% abv
Brown sugar, oak, dry marmalade, lovely fruit, sweet raisins, cedar and honey aromas on the nose. Gentle, fulsome, soft spices, fruit, rich oranges and lime on the palate. Medium long luscious rich tropical fruit finish.

Spicy vanilla, cinnamon, pears, nutmeg and lemon lime sugar on the nose. Soft, subtle, rich tropical fruit with a delightful tang and sweet spices on the palate. Long intense citrus finish.

Floral, sweet licorice bread, vanilla, sweet almonds, very mild spices and fruit notes on the nose. Soft mouthfeel, sweet fruit, lovely mild peat notes on the palate. Gentle fruit tang on a medium finish.
