Earthy peat, sweet smoke with some fruit aromas on the nose. Pungent mouthfeel. Citrus, smoke, peat, lime notes, white fruit then tannins, more peat and spices on the palate. Peaty rich medium finish.

Apples, peat, maritime coastal sea breeze then citrus aromas on the nose. Sweet peaty peppery mouthfeel. Sweet peaty fruit, some saltiness then delightful citrus notes on the palate. Honey, peat robustly present on a medium long finish.
