Soft peaty tar, mild light fruit aromas on the nose. Lovely soft gentle rich peat and red fruit medley on the palate. Outstanding soft sweet tarry finish. A WOW!

Glenglassaugh 26 Years Old, 46% abv

Rich, sweet apples, oranges, soft spices, light caramel, brown sugar and then cocoa on the nose. Amazing floral honey, soft cinnamon and ginger sprinkled on a fruit medley on the palate. Complex. Soft spices, honey and fruit on a long finish. WOW!

Appleton Estate 30 Years Old, 45% abv

Rich raisins, warm molasses on the nose. Soft mouthfeel, lovely spices, nutmeg and ginger, brown sugar then sweet mint on the palate. Simply amazing.

Ripe apples, bananas, fruit laden caramel cake on the nose. Soft rich candied fruit, bananas, mild spices, butterscotch and nutty cocoa on the palate. Great balance. Long fruity finish. Exceptional.

Mild fruity aromas, sherry perfume and candied red fruit on the nose. Gentle red berry jam, lovely soft spices, mild red and dark fruit medley on the palate. Long, light luscious red fruit and sherry finish.

Soft caramel aromas, gentle floral smoke and light fruitcake on the nose. Wonderfully gentle with notes of heather, honey, light fruit followed by melons in a caramel sauce. Simply exquisite. A WOW!

Sherry, apples, soft tobacco, cocoa, cherries and lovely red fruit on the nose. Milk chocolate, luscious red fruit, sweet berries on the palate. Gentle, sweet smoke on the finish. Amazing.
