Cut Knife 5 Years Old, Single Barrel, 40% abv
Floral , spices, cedar and rye aromas on the nose. Soft spicy rye mouthfeel. Gentle fruit, buttery notes, honey and rye on the palate. A bit thin. Simple. Medium short finish.

Sherry, flowers, cinnamon, spicy raisins, bittersweet orange marmalade and almonds on the nose. Rich spicy mouthfeel. Tingling citrus, white pepper, sherry, spicy almonds, thick, dry flowers on the palate. Dry floral sherry on a medium long finish.

Apple peels, fresh fruit varnish, rich honey, vanilla and cocoa on the nose. Thick honey and spices mouthfeel. Luscious, spicy, honey, rich fruit then tangy pear notes on the palate. Lovely spices, fruit and honey on a medium long finish.

Rich, sherry, lovely fruit and flower aromas, honey and citrus on the nose. Silky fruit and soft spices mouthfeel. Pears, honey, sherry, touch of cocoa and caramel on the palate. Complex and easy drinking. Lovely soft citrus notes on a medium finish.

Floral fruit cake, dry honey, grasses, berries, sherry, citrus and soft butterscotch on the nose. Mild zesty fruity cherry mouthfeel. Dry tangy fruit dominates then sherry and a lovely tropical fruit marmalade on the palate. Rich flowers and spices on a medium finish.
