Light honey, floral, oranges, vanilla and a hint of oak on the nose. Round thick citrusy mouthfeel. Citrus, mild smoke and dry orange peel on the palate. Straightforward. Very pleasant floral notes on a medium finish.

Sweet malty aromas, dry and floral marmalade on the nose. Dry floral mouthfeel. Dry, wildflowers, light citrus, minor zing on the palate. Simple. Citrus and floral notes on a medium finish.

Roses, dry floral aromas and sweet grasses on the nose. Soft rich mouthfeel. Luscious floral notes, gentle cognac presence on the palate. Floral, almost sweet on a medium finish.

Fresh floral aromas then honey and light vanilla on the nose. Dry floral mouthfeel. Mild spices, more floral notes, a touch of smoke and then vanilla on the palate. Flowers and mild spices on a medium finish.

Caramel, tar, honey, oaky and sweet seaweed on the nose. Rich peaty mouthfeel. Luscious caramel, peat pudding, Christmas cake and dry red peppercorns on the palate. Long sweet mild spices on a long finish.

SMWS 16.64 Tannic, Shamanic, Oceanic, 8 Years Old, 65.7% abv

Mildly smoked sausages, light campfire smoke and sweet gentle peat on the nose. Intense spicy peaty mouthfeel. Rich smoke, spices, ginger and peat undertones on the palate. Spices and smoke on a medium finish. Very entertaining.

Dry ginger, leather, nutmeg and almond paste on the nose. Spicy incense mouthfeel. Ginger dominates then fruit and deli meats on the palate. Zesty spices on a medium finish.

Dry, nutty, caramel, warehouse aromas, cocoa and hazelnut on the nose. Dry spicy mouthfeel. Lovely nuttiness and dry fruit dominate the palate. Fruitiness and nuts on a medium long finish.

Oaky, almonds and citrus aromas on the nose. Lovely spicy citrus mouthfeel. Huge citrus notes greet the palate then pepper, spices, grapefruit, dill and rye on a medium finish.

SMWS Full Bloom, 18 Years Old, 50% abv

Orchard fruit, sherry, almonds, floral then herbaceous aromas on the nose. Sweet dry mouthfeel. Sherry notes, incense perfume, and lovely fruit on the palate. Medium fruity, mildly spiced finish. Well balanced.
