Almonds, spices, raisins, nutmeg, rich floral aromas and caramel on the nose. Intense yet soft spicy mouthfeel. Zesty young fruit notes, figs, sherry and dry spices on the palate. Dry sherry picante on a medium long finish.

Fruity floral varnish, dry honey and vanilla on the nose. Light, clean sweet mouthfeel. Caramel, light brown sugar with floral and fruity undertones. Gentle sweet fruit on a thin medium short finish.

Whiff of smoke, flowers and vanilla on the nose. Dry floral mouthfeel. Gentle, pears, vanilla and light spices on the palate. Vanilla and pears on a medium finish.

Benrinnes 14 Years Old 1994, 50% abv

Rich floral aromas and warm thick cut lemon marmalade on the nose. Soft floral and fruity mouthfeel. Chamomile then soft dry citrus notes and lovely intensity on the palate. More citrus on a medium finish.

Glenrothes 1997 23 Years Old, Edition Spirits, 48.8% abv

Pears, lemon lime, vanilla, honey and white fruit on the nose. Rich citrusy mouthfeel. Amazingly smooth with rich lemon lime marmalade notes with pears, apples and a hint of spice on the palate. Long lingering gentle white fruit and honey on the finish.

Mild caramel, floral, vanilla, sweet cereal aromas on the nose. Luscious intense fruity mouthfeel. Lemon lime candies and vanilla emerge with gentle floral undertones on the palate. Lovely rich floral and citrus notes on a medium long finish.

Honey, flowers, vanilla and sweet oranges on the nose. Mildly intense lovely floral mouthfeel. Tangy floral, orange and lemon notes supported by mild spices, including ginger on the palate. Dry floral medium long finish.

Sweet fruity smoke, rich leather, orange marmalade, sherry and caramel on the nose. Luscious sherry mouthfeel. Amazing sherry notes, fruit compote, minor smoke and lovely caramel on the palate. Rich, sherry and fruit on a medium long finish.

Rich fruity aromas then candied almonds on the nose. Thick luscious mouthfeel. Round, warm fruit compote, oranges and then a hint of cedar on the palate. Sweet soft luscious fruit on a medium long finish.
