Tasting notes:

Round, rich, soft light caramel, pears, then red fruit, sweet cherries, and a fresh sensation on the nose. Spicy fruit mouthfeel. Lovely red fruit compote, icing sugar, dry soft herbs, gentle spices with a touch of caramel on the palate. Red fruit and spices on a medium finish.
